I can’t wait to see him dance…

My favorite right-wing media whore, Tucker Carlson, has just made my trip home in September better. He has agreed to be on the new season of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars and the show starts 3 days before I come home. I’ve never watched this show before, but I’m definitely having my parents tape that one and then watching all the eps that air while I’m in the States. I have this weird, completely unreasonable crush on him. I think it has something to do with his floppy hair and bow-tie. I really hope they put him in some sort of shiny, spangled, spandexy unitard, but let him keep the bow-tie on.
I don’t usually agree with much that comes out of his mouth, particularly when he was on Crossfire, but I just can’t help the attraction… Sick, I know.
Does anyone happen to share my inexplicable crush? No? It’s just me then? Hey, admitting that I have a problem is the first step toward recovery, right?
You go, Arlen!

He doesn’t kowtow to either the Republicans or the Democrats- he does what he thinks will be best for his constituents, even if it goes against the prevailing ideas inside his own party. His decision to prepare legislation allowing Congress to sue President Bush over the use of signing statements is both bold and necessary, proving once again that he makes a great Chairman of the Judiciary Committee.
If only PA’s junior senator would behave more like Specter… But that will probably never happen since he’s an unethical, misogynistic, “Moral Majority”-supporting crazy.
